1. What’s difference between LED Tube and Traditional tube ? 

LED tube have features of energy-saving ,  low power consumption,enviromental ,  eyes protect , high brightness , long life span , no flicker .

2. What difference between T8 LED tube and T5 LED tube ?

 T8 Tube have wide light emitting area , normally used for home and commercial lighting . T5 Tube have small emitting area , normally used for decoration or auxiliary lighting .

3. How to install LED Tubes in tradition lamp holder ?

LED Tube built-in constant current driver ,  only need to remove ballast and starter , connect live wire and neutral wire to tube’s both end .

4. What’s difference between transparent cover and frosted cover ?

For frosted cover , the light is soft and comfortable , suitable for home and limited place .

For transparent cover , the light is little glare , normally suggest to chose frosted cover . If require more bright and wide place use , can chose transparent one .

5. Which colour temperature i will choose ?

 Normally we have 3 types for selection:

Warm White : (2700-3500K) , light is little yellow-trend ,  normally  used for  decoration  enviroment . 

Nature White : ( 4000-4500K) ,  light is bright ,  near to sun light ,  used for normal illumination. 

 Cold White : (6000-6500K ) ,  light is little blue  and glare ,  used for  place  need  to  more  bright .

6. What’s voltage you can supply ?

Our default voltage is 85-265V ,  worldwide application .  Also can made  lamp  as  specific  volt .  

7. How will your lamp be packed ?

We pack lamp according to international transportation standard ( check above packing details picture) .  Anti-crush , Anti-break and vibrate-proof .

8. How long the lamp will be delivered ?

It depends on your quantity and country . For sample order , normally takes aboout 3 days finish production .

9. How is about your after-service guarranty ?

 Normally lamp have 2 years warranty except other specified .
